How do you set the toe on a 1999 Chrysler 300m?

To set the toe, you adjust the tie rods. This car is a little tricky. The tie rods are on top and hard to reach. You will need a one and a quarter inch flare type crows foot type tool to get it loose. They usually sieze up and need to be heated with torch. I have done plenty of them, and had to buy the tool from snapon. Good luck.
